What is the return policy?

Please note that we require 2 to 3 business days for delivery within Cairo and Giza and 3 to 4 business days to other locations depending on the shipping provider you chose. All orders received after 2 PM are automatically fulfilled the following business day. All official holidays observed will delay your order to the following business day .
